About the Department.
The Asia Series Department handles the entire hotel booking process, to organise the tours. This involves liaising with our sales offices in Japan and Asia, who receive requests for hotel accommodation and tours from travel agents. We handle a variety of scenarios ranging from special requests for VIP clients to resolving complaints.
The role is designed mainly on visa duties to liaise with our office in Asia but also ensure that all hotel amendments, reconfirmation requests and any rates are correct and up to date on our in-house computer system.
