We bring incoming tour groups from Asia to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.
About the Department
UK/IE Operations supports the coordination of group tours on general tour service arrangements for entire regions, providing a first class customer experience to clients visiting the UK and Ireland. This includes promoting extra products to enhance incoming business, for example; restaurants, guided tours and coach trips etc.
Job Purpose
To provide tour co-ordination support for our new excursion service, JOI BUS, which offers a network of circular coach routes, across Europe, with several joining points for Korean groups.
To provide location-specific support on local destination services such as restaurants, and visitor attractions, to a high level of customer service.
Main Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering a high level of customer care to JOI BUS incoming passengers using the JOI BUS app.

Respond promptly to all JOI BUS passenger queries in Korean/English

Maintain schedules for Inbound Coach Operations, meal arrangement, supplementary trips and guided tours etc.

Some shift work will be required to provide cover during the week and weekend, on a rota basis.
